3. Terms and Conditions

a. The warranty starts from the delivery date from our factory;

b. During the warranty, any defective product will get repaired or replaced for free; 

c. The warranty is unavailable for those products which are broken by the violence or the carelessness or repaired or altered without the authorization.

d. A RMA form will be asked to fill in.

1.ODM Services:

• a. Logo

  i. Please offer us your own high resolution logo in JPG format

  ii. There should be no gradient effect in the logo

• b. Label and Manual

  i. Please offer us your own model numbers

  ii. Other requirements please send us the detail or sample for indication

2.OEM Services:

• c. Manual

  Please offer us the finished manual file that can be printed directly. 

• d. Packing box

  i. We will offer you the dimension and the design file

  ii. Please design your own style based on this file then send it back to us

  iii. We will print the sample and send to you confirmation iv. After getting your final confirmation we will produce the packing boxes as per the sample

• e. Open the private module

  i. Please offer us the module design file for the first assessment ii. For the requirements on the component parts, please provide us as detail as possible the description in words and schematic diagrams at the same time for quick understanding  iii. We will send you the 3D printing sample module for checking and then modify it according to your feedback. New sample may be resent if needed or required iv. After getting your final confirmation for the sample module, we will formally open the module and re-checking the structure when assembling with the camera or recorder main board and the accordingly components and accessories v. The formal module confirmed from your side then will be used for your order only vi. The lead time for opening private module is from one month to three months which is decided by the complication level of the module design and the communicating efficiency between us vii. The minimum order quantity and module opening fees are required viii. All the information related to the private module is confidential and not allowed to use without your permission
